Practicing breathing exercises or breathwork is known for many benefits, including stress reduction, anxiety relief, and improvement in sleep, energy, and mood.
Choose from a large breathwork library of 30+ breathing exercises, or create your own custom exercises.
Or utilize the all-new Interactive Mode where you control the breathing time by gestures (Holding or Swiping), enhancing breathing awareness and reducing pressure to follow breathing instructions.
Each exercise is a timer that includes four steps: inhale, hold, exhale, and wait for the next cycle. The following breathwork exercises are included:

This app works offline; an internet connection is not required. It also supports light and dark themes.
